Physical Products (Clothing, Accessories & Tech)

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Sale items and final sale items are non-refundable.

Personal Shopping Consultation (Service)

Due to the personalized nature of our consultation services, all sales are final. However, if you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session and we'll be happy to find a new time that works for you.

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
