Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping — 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 3–7 business days (where available)
International Shipping
Aurum Luxury ships worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
